Welcome to “Ūsiņa” — a cozy private cottage in Latgale designed for peaceful lakeside holidays and nature escapes. Accommodating up to 4 guests and located just 30 meters from the lake, this charming studio-style house is perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking to relax and reconnect with nature.
The cottage features an equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a private covered terrace with outdoor furniture and grill — an ideal spot for slow mornings, outdoor dining, and relaxing evenings surrounded by nature.
The main living area is a bright, open space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table with chairs — creating a light and airy atmosphere perfect for sharing moments. A small attic level provides two additional sleeping spaces on single mattresses, offering extra flexibility for families or friends.
The house is fully prepared for a comfortable stay in nature – with linens, towels, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, guidebooks, and a fully equipped kitchenette. We offer several holiday homes of different sizes, allowing us to accommodate various group needs for lakeside holidays in Latgale.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To secure your reservation, we ask you to make a prepayment of 50% of the reservation fee, and the remaining amount can be paid on site in cash upon arrival. An invoice is issued for each advance payment.
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us before making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied
These reservation conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the property via website, phone call, email, sms, messsage, whatsapp, or any other mean of direct communication. When reservation is done via Online Travel Agency the conditions specified on of the Online Travel Agency lisiting prevail.
