Introducing our beloved guest house “Jumis” — a spacious four-bedroom holiday house in Latgale, located in the heart of Carmanis Nature Park just 50 meters from the lake. Accommodating up to 14 guests, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing lakeside getaway, family holidays, and nature retreats with friends.
The house features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a spacious terrace with a grill area and lake views, comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area. Surrounded by nature, “Jumis” offers peaceful accommodation in Latgale for guests looking to enjoy lake activities, outdoor relaxation, and unforgettable holidays in nature.
Upstairs, guests will find three comfortable bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. Two recently renovated bedrooms feature king-size beds, double sofa beds, and authentic countryside-style interiors, while the third bedroom offers single and bunk beds — ideal for families and larger groups.
For an even more relaxing stay, “Jumis” includes a private sauna available exclusively for house guests (additional fee applies). The holiday house is fully equipped for comfortable accommodation in Latgale, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, towels, linens, washing facilities, and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To secure your reservation, we ask you to make a prepayment of 50% of the reservation fee, and the remaining amount can be paid on site in cash upon arrival. An invoice is issued for each advance payment.
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us before making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied.
These reservation conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the property via website, phone call, email, sms, messsage, whatsapp, or any other mean of direct communication. When reservation is done via Online Travel Agency the conditions specified on of the Online Travel Agency lisiting prevail.
