Reservation Conditions
These reservation conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the property via website, phone call, email, sms, messsage, whatsapp, or any other mean of direct communication. When reservation is done via Online Travel Agency the conditions specified on of the Online Travel Agency lisiting prevail.
Check-in time
Our standard check-in time is 14:00-20:00, please communicate your approximate arrival time in advance. If you request check-in outside the standard hours please let us know, as this is not always possible and subject to confirmation.
Check-out time
Our standard check-out time is by 12:00. If you request late check-out please let us know in advance as such possibility depends on availability and is subject to confirmation.
Pets
Generally we do not allow pets, sometimes we can only make exception for small pets and only in a specific house, we also request a deposit in such case. Please reach us out before making the reservation to discuss the possibility to bring a pet.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us BEFORE making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied.
