RESERVATION CONDITIONS
These reservation conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the property via website, phone call, email, sms, messsage, whatsapp, or any other mean of direct communication.
When reservation is done via Online Travel Agency the conditions specified on of the Online Travel Agency lisiting prevail.
To secure your reservation, we ask you to make a prepayment of 50% of the reservation fee, and the remaining amount can be paid on site in cash upon arrival. An invoice is issued for each advance payment.
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us before making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied.
