Discover “Krupītis” — a unique holiday home in the heart of Carmanis Nature Park, designed for peaceful lakeside holidays in Latgale. Accommodating up to 6 guests and located just 40m from the lake, this cozy nature retreat is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to relax in the nature.
Inside, guests are welcomed by a bright living area with panoramic windows overlooking the lake and surrounding green landscapes. The house also features a spacious terrace with a barbecue area, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings in nature. Please note that the stairs leading to the second floor are steep and may not be suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility.
The cozy living area features comfortable leather seating, a fireplace, and a stylish tea table, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings by the lake. A fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, fridge, sink, and everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay in nature.
Guests can enjoy a spacious shower room with two showers, benches, and access to a traditional wood-fired sauna. From there, step out onto the terrace and unwind in the outdoor hot tub under the stars — a true countryside spa experience in Latgale.
The second floor offers a cozy mansard-style sleeping area with two double beds and two single beds, separated by curtains for added privacy. “Krupītis” is fully prepared for your lakeside getaway with Wi-Fi, TV, linens, towels, and everything needed for a peaceful holiday in nature.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To secure your reservation, we ask you to make a prepayment of 50% of the reservation fee, and the remaining amount can be paid on site in cash upon arrival. An invoice is issued for each advance payment.
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us before making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied.
These reservation conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the property via website, phone call, email, sms, messsage, whatsapp, or any other mean of direct communication. When reservation is done via Online Travel Agency the conditions specified on of the Online Travel Agency lisiting prevail.
