Introducing our newest addition to the collection of houses: a private modern residence that can accommodate up to 16 guests, located just 60 meters from the lake!
The spacious house, "Māras Krusts," features three separate rooms. Upon entering, you will find a large banquet hall that can comfortably seat up to 30 guests. It is equipped with a big Smart LED TV and can easily be converted into an additional bedroom, as it includes two double folding sofa beds. The fully equipped kitchen, which opens into the banquet hall, includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, and kettle—everything you need to make your celebration easier. For added convenience, you may also hire our cook to ensure you can relax and enjoy your party.
The master bedroom, located on the first floor, includes a double bed and two double folding sofa beds. This room also features a small dining area and access to a private terrace. It is connected to a separate fully equipped kitchen and has its own bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, you will find two separate rooms, each accommodating up to 3 guests. Bedroom No. 1 contains one double bed and one single folding sofa bed, while Bedroom No. 2 offers one double bed and one folding sofa bed. There is a small shared kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stove, sink, kettle, and all necessary utensils, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower.
The house is fully prepared for your vacation, including linens, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a guidebook.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To secure your reservation, we ask you to make a prepayment of 50% of the reservation fee, and the remaining amount can be paid on site in cash upon arrival. An invoice is issued for each advance payment.
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us before making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied.
These reservation conditions apply to all reservations made directly with the property via website, phone call, email, sms, messsage, whatsapp, or any other mean of direct communication. When reservation is done via Online Travel Agency the conditions specified on of the Online Travel Agency lisiting prevail.
