Introducing you to our recent addition to the collection of the houses – a private modern cottage that can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Big house "Māras Krusts" has 3 separate rooms. Entering the house there is a spacious banquet hall that can easily seat up to 25 guests. The banquet hall can also be transformed into an additional bedroom - there are two double folding sofa beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen connected to the banquet hall, it includes fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, kettle. everything to make your celebration easier, you may also use our cook's services to make sure you enjoy your party. Proceeding up to the master bedroom that's located on the first floor, there's a double bed and two double folding sofa beds. There's also a little dining area and an exit to the private terrace. Master bedroom is connected to a separate fully equipped kitchen. There's a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there are two separate rooms, each one can accommodate up to 3 guests. Bedroom No1 has one double and one single folding sofa beds. Bedroom No2 has one double bed and one folding sofa bed . There is a small shared kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, stove, sink and a kettle. A bathroom with a shower.
The house has everything prepared for you to start your vacation, including linens, towels, Wi-Fi, guide book. Please note, we have several houses of various sizes which may fit different needs.
Reservation Conditions:
Check-in time
Our standard check-in time is 14:00-20:00, please communicate your approximate arrival time in advance. If you request check-in outside the standard hours please let us know, as this is not always possible and subject to confirmation.
Check-out time
Our standard check-out time is by 12:00. If you request late check-out please let us know in advance as such possibility depends on availability and is subject to confirmation.
Pets
Generally we do not allow pets, sometimes we can only make exception for small pets and only in a specific house, we also request a deposit in such case. Please reach us out before making the reservation to discuss the possibility to bring a pet.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy is Non-Refundable for all reservations. In case you need to cancel the reservation the downpayment will not be refunded. If you would like to discuss possibility of any other reservation terms please speak to us BEFORE making the reservation, otherwise non-refundable cancellation policy will be applied.
